Registered Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy sessions begin with an assessment to understand specific concerns, areas of discomfort, and health history. Your therapists will customize the treatment using a range of techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and neuromuscular techniques. Each session includes hands on treatment time and home care.

Subsequent Visit - 60 Minutes $135+GST
