Erin MacLean, RMT

Erin moved to the North Island in 2019 and has fallen in love with the small-town community, and everything the outdoors has to offer. Erin enjoys being on the water, playing golf, baseball and hiking with her dog, Lucy. She completed a two-year Massage Therapy program through Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2023 and is thrilled to be home, and excited to offer services to the public.

Erin's focus is to clinically assess, treat and restore movement patterns that are the root cause of your pain. Her clinical approach to massage involves a methodical and evidence-based approach to the practice, combining skilled assessment, special testing, neurokinetic muscle testing, evidence-based techniques, and personalized treatment plans to target specific conditions, promote healing, and optimizing overall well-being. Modalities include myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, incorporating hydrotherapy and providing home care with stretching and strengthening exercises for a complete management plan that will have you feeling like yourself again.

She looks forward to meeting you!

Angela Nagel, Spa Practitioner

Angela is a new Spa Practitioner on the North Island.  Currently registered as an RMT out-of-province and is in the process of transferring licensing/registration to B.C. She will be offering Spa Practitioner services at a reduced rate until the BC transfer is completed later this year. In her practice Angela focuses on calming the nervous system, releasing pain, improving tissue circulation, grounding body awareness, and enhancing postural alignment.  Angela’s approach is both dynamic and calming, integrating multiple modalities to achieve effective and client specific treatments. She places a lot of care into creating a warm and supportive environment for all bodies to receive massage.
